Fluid: There is a long list of possible causes. An evaluation is needed to determine the next steps. Some women have physiologic fluid and it can be normal. Ruptured ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic abscesses, appendicitis, colon infections and others can cause it.
