I am 22, i did heart tests 6 months ago (all fine) but now i have cold and i cough. i have chest pain, especially when coughing. is it heart related?

Unlikely: At your age & with previous negative tests it is far more likely this is related to your cough/cold. Coughing can sprain the muscles of your chest wall that are aggravated when you deep breathe. Some will develop an irritation of the lung lining called pleurisy with a URI.
