Can previous oral antifungal treatment cause a false negative result on a vaginal swab?

Depends: How long ago was the anti-fungal treatment? What is the vaginal swab being tested for? If the treatment was more than a week or so ago, it should not affect the results of the test being contemplated now. Wish you good health!
