Lumps and bumps:: These are tough to diagnose without seeing them! You don't say which side of the foot the hard lump is on, where on the side, or how long you have had it. This may be a bunion, do a google image search for bunion and see if that looks like what you have. See a podiatrist to get an exact diagnosis, and treatment, or tips for prevention of further damage, if needed.
