Pain: Can be from viral/bacterial/fungal infection, infected tooth or gums, neoplasm, TMJ, cardiac issues, muscle strain, and many other causes. Infection, however, would be the first thing I would look for. Please see your Dentist or Physician to begin the diagnostic process.
