No: In such a scenario, on an average day in a typical place on Earth, a person would not be at high risk of catching a bird-related illness. She would not be at medium risk either. Probably not even at low risk... but maybe at slight risk. Of course, we don't live our lives worrying about slight risks from random bird poop encounters. No worries.
