Can antibacterial cream be used inside of the vagina?

Depends: Antibacterial creams formulated for the vagina are fine. Would not recommend using creams designed for the skin inside the vagina.

Why ? : You get the most from this site when you describe a health problem & then ask a question. Here you just asked a question. Why you would want to do this is unclear. Creams/lotions/ointments designed for skin use are often not helpful for vaginal issues. If you have drainage & are attempting to self treat, it could be a bad idea. Some such vaginal issues are caused by germs that can make you sterile
