Every electric: toothbrush manufacturer (except the "throw away" types) has attachments with various bristle degrees of hardness/softness.. Problem is you generally have to buy the item to find out!! Speak with your PHARMACIST ..he/she is more likely to be able to answer your question or go online and compare the brands! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
