After i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, my scalp is really dry and it looks like is dandruff but is not. what can i do to get rid of really dry scalp?

Thyroid medication: If you are now taking thyroid replacement medication and your TSH level is normal, then the scalp issue should resolve in a few weeks, if it was due to hypothyroidism. If it does not then a reassessment would need to be made by an in-person evaluation by your doctor.
