Good day. my lo was born 24/40 on 28 april 2018. seems to be suffering severely with cramps of some sort, he is not constipated. he will wake up from a deep sleep writhing in pain and screaming blue murder. what can i give him?

Extremely premature: babies although now 5 months old would still need frequent follow up with the neonatologist/pediatrician especially with picture you described, so better take him to the hospital/clinic he follows up with, wish you both wellness
