Not likely: From the history you have given it's not likely that you are pregnant. However a more precise history covering any other possible sexual encounters is necessary. And so to be on the safe side have another pregnancy test done. Also please remember without barrier protection with a condom there remains a significant risk of getting venereal disease. Condoms are your best protection for this.
