Depending on your-: -age & wheather you are osteoporotic.this combination can lead to insufficiency fractures. Just a misstep can put enough force on the hip that is above what it can handle. The symptoms may initially be minimal but get worse as you are active.these are often missed early as plain X-rays may look normal, but repeat films will show it better. See your PCP & get referrals to an orthopedic surgeon.
