Highly unlikely: Ovarian cancer would be very unlikely. If the cyst appears to be simple - meaning it just looks like a fluid-filled sac - it doesn't have the characteristics of cancer. Ask your doctor for more information about the appearance of the cyst and if there are any concerns.
