Endometriosis: Endometriosis is progressive, and the scar tissue that develops from inflammation can cause sterility. Any low dose oral contraceptive is advised (Seasonal or Seasonique, YAZ, etc.) for both reduction of pain and inflammation, but will not affect autoimmune issues or true fibromyalgia.
