Evaluation : Back , lower abdominal, pelvic and hip discomfort are common complaints late in pregnancy. If you feel the pain is outside of the normal discomforts of pregnancy then have your doctor to an examination to determine if any other testing is needed. If you are having contractions then prompt evaluation is needed
