Just came back from a hot summer holiday, removed my polish on my toenails this week and found brown spots on every toe nail - all sort of close to the edge. im worried because when i did my nails 3 weeks ago i didnt notice this. it seems sudden ?

Brown spots on toes: Could be from trauma which you were not aware of since you were on vacation. Would watch if it disappears over next 2-3 weeks . F/u/ w/ / dermatology / podiatry
