Exsessive nosebleeds with clods 5 times today in a teenager?

Pickers nose: At that age this is a combination of nasal irritation (environmental ) and nasal rubbing /picking. The shallow capillaries in the nasal membranes will easily bleed when traumatized whether by choice or chance/asleep or awake. Using copious nasal saline to wash out irritants and a nasal saline gel (OTC) can reduce the frequency. Avoiding dust/smoke/fragrances also helps.
