Exam: The only way to properly diagnose a bump of this nature is for you to go to a medical clinic for an exam. Your history is incomplete so I am not certain if this bump was secondary to trauma or not. If the bump is due to an unusual tissue mass it may have to be removed via a minor surgical procedure and than a biopsy of the tissue would be done. So please go for an exam as soon as possible!
