My daughter has the flu but her eyes are very irritated is there anything i can use to help her eyes she's 2 years old can i use eye drops ?

Yes: Artificial tears are safe, just avoid touching the bottle to her eyes. Also, cool compresses may be helpful. If there is a heavy discharge, it is more likely to be pink eye or conjunctivitis, and she should be examined and may need Rx drops.
