Can take a test : If you are worried about Ectopic pregnancy then you can take a home pregnancy test. That is very unlikely with Nexplanon. There are many causes of pelvic pain. Since you also have urinary urgency then a bladder infection would be the most likely cause. A urinalysis can be done with your doctor to test for that.
