Pregnancy test: it could be too early to see anything in the uterus. You need a pregnancy hormone level (HCG) of at least 2500 to see a sac in the uterus. In a normal pregnancy that level should double every 48 hours. Your doctor may want to do serial blood tests to see where you are and then depending on the level, repeat the ultrasound.
