Menstrual cramps: Tylenol (acetaminophen) can relieve many menstrual crampy pains. Ibuprofen or naproxen are often better at controlling the pain and cramps. If painful periods continue, see your primary doctor or gynecologist. You should not need to suffer with menstruation.
