Thick endometrium: You nee 4 mm thickness or less. Thickened endometrium can cause lower abdominal or pelvic pain .

Endometrial stripe: The endometrial stripe is not used in determine the cause of severe abdominal pain. If your pain is this severe then prompt evaluation is warranted by your doctor.
