Intercourse bleeding: It is not rare to have bleeding after the first few times someone has sex. This is sometimes due to tearing of the hymenal ring. If it continues consider seeing an Obgyn for an examination

Trauma from sexb: Could be due to ruptured hymen that would be first time , second time it could be small tears on the wall of the vaginal mucosa due to friction and trauma from penis.
