Specializes in Pediatric Urology

Retroverted uterus: Can cause back pain, butusually not a problem. No effect on fertility & uterus usually "corrects" itslf after 1- 12 weeks, only very occasionally becomes incarcerated & causes urinary retention. This can be corrected without problems during pregnancy.
