Not likely at all: “A little pink/brown discharge” is most probably not “a cause for concern” and is very likely to be transient and to resolve spontaneously...particularly if you have no pelvic cramping , have not had any problem with your cervix, not had an abnormal Pap test and have a normal pregnancy sonogram.
