Vertigo: Prednisone is known to cause fluctuations in blood sugar which can cause blurry vision. Congestion of nasal passages can block eustachian tubes in the back of the nose and can cause inner ear type vertigo. Vertigo can also affect vision to some degree. It's best to report these symptoms to your physician who may recommend blood tests and referral to a specialist.
