What's the question?: Bones remold and reshape after fractures to restore normal axis alignment to deal with weight bearing forces. The medial epicondyle is where tendons attach and if fractured will generally heal with callous formation and some surface anatomy deformity that will persist. If not interfering with function its just one of life's scars. If inflammed, thats Medial epicondylitis or golfers elbow.
