Repeat &amp; see: Monocytes are precursors of macrophages,osteoclasts &amp; other immune cells. Monocytosis can be seen in chronic inflammation like tuberculosis,syphilis &amp; sarcoidosis Some leukemias &amp; auto immune diseases- Lupus,rheumatoid arthritis &amp; inflammatory bowel disease. Repeat the test in 3 &amp; 6 months &amp; then proceed to diagnosis.
