If i have pin worms but i just started my treatment is it safe to hold hands , i dont want to get my gf sick?

Depends: Pin worms are passed when the eggs are transferred to fingers and then to the mouth. If you are scratching your bottom you may load your fingers, even through bedclothes or underwear. If the eggs are not washed off they could be passed to another while holding hands. Eating a sandwich or other item without washing beforehand could transfer the eggs=infect the person.
