Just a thought: Could you have herpes? The sores you describe and the symptoms are pretty "classical"....Just a thought! In any case an in person visit to your GYN is indicated! Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Hi. I've been having some itchy sores on my labia majora. Sometimes they are painful. They usually come and go. But I don't have any discomfort when urinating and a smelly discharge. Could it be an STD?
