Can plan b really cause cystic acne?

Plan B: acne?: "Plan B", or "emergency contraception" is basically the same as taking a birth control pill. It is not 100% effective in any case, but hormonal medications can produce skin changes similar to teen age acne, although uncommon with just "Plan B" medications, b/c the dose is so low. At 41, however, your estrogen levels are much higher than in your 20's, so acne may occur from that.
