I am 12 weeks i am experiencing nausea but don't vomit lately my mouth taste sweets i don't feel like eating anymore is there a problem should i be worried , i used to feel the baby moving for the past 2 days there are no movements?

Nausea in pregnancy: Nausea in early pregnancy is very common. There are multiple medications available to help you with this problem. Your Obgyn can help determine what is available in your country. Fetal movement is usually not felt until about 20 weeks. Since you are only 12 weeks one would not expect to feel the movements yet... It is too small
