Could be: Seems to be a higher incidence of migraine in ms patients, and in those with lesions near the periaqueductal grey in the brainstem, a fourfold increase in headaches compared with other folks. However, not a real huge issue, as here, otc remedies such as butterbur, riboflavin, coq-10 may work very well indeed.
