How long do i have to wait after taking zanaflex , to be able to take robaxin?

Muscle relaxant use: Why are you on Zanaflex? Can you be treated by physiotherapy or chiropractor? Zanaflex & robaxin have a long list of side effects & so restrict to short time use only. No details about your symptoms/diagnosis ?

Are you taking ....: Both muscle relaxants at the same time or transitioning from one to another? As there is limited reason to be on both at the same time and in that case you should review dosing/timing with the prescribing physicians. Otherwise, if you are transitioning from Zanflex to Robaxin, Zanaflex has a 1/2 life of 2.5 hours. Ideally you would wait 5 (1/2) lives or 12.5 hours after you last Zanaflex dose.
