Travelling: When you travel you should bring with you some medical records which document your medical history, current medical conditions and evidence of your current medications. With these in tow you will be accommodated in your needs when seen at a physicians office, clinic, or other medical facility. Otherwise your physician will have to phone the pharmacist.
