It could ...: Particularly, if the H.pylori was causing an ulcer, which it is well know to do. But without an known ulcers or concerns for ulcers, it doesn't typically cause severe pain. It sounds like if the pain is severe, you should be at least reviewing this with one of your healthcare providers.
