There seems to be different opinions on management of small ovarian dermoid cysts. mine is around 1.5 cm - should i have surgery or watch it via u/s?

Symptoms: Much of the management will depend on if/how significant your symptoms are. Another thing to keep in mind is that while most "dermoid" cysts are presumed to be benign; they are still undiagnosed growths in the absence of pathology.
