Who knows: Who knows how safe it is. Gabapentin is not a medication to treat premature ejeculation. Use lidocaine gel only with lowest percentage of lidocaine in it if you have never used before because you never know what happens , you can get the glans penis numb constantly and not temporarily. You can consult to a sex therapist about how to manage premature ejeculation.
