Exam necessary: You may have vulvar dystrophy, which is changes in the skin of the vulva. Irritation may cause this. Treatment is important to avoid scarring and shrinkage. Vaginitis, which is an infection or inflammation, is also possible & again treatment is important. For a correct diagnoses and treatment plan to be implemented you must be examined in a medical clinic or office!

Lichen sclerosis : Looks like you need biopsy of your vulva most probably it is lichen sclerosis but Donot worry it is not a malignancy you will need just high dose steroids
