Can not tell: You need to see a doctor personally for exam and a chest x-ray. Go to an urgent care center or ER.

Ruleout pneumothorax: Your symptoms could represent a few things including recurrent pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, cardiac disease and costochondritis. You should rule out medical problems first. If all test are negative, anxiety could be a cause.
