A member asked:

Is it posible for blood types to change?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very very rare: Rarely a person may acquire blood group B antigen due to colon cancer. Bone marrow transplant from a person with different blood type would change the blood type. Both of these are very rare. A more likely explanation is error in specimen labeling.
