i have a concern on my testicals as i can feel a hard lump on the testical that sits a little higher than the other?

Testicle lump: Many types of lumps can appear in scrotum. Epididimytis is usually painful needs to be treated with antibiotics. Varicocele is a wavy lump not painful maybe associated with decreased sorry count avoid hot tub. See your doctor. You need to have a testicle ultrasound to check it out.
