Motion sickness: has to do with inner ear and brain function. It's best to have the young person see his doctor to make sure all is well there. Peace and good health.

Distractions: If you are in the car, have you child look out of the window, sing and listen to the radio. Provide light snacks and water. If there is a headache associated please see your physician.
