Possible: if you have been having unprotected sex, pregnancy is always a possibility. It could also be that the discharge and cramping are due to an infection. If your period doesn't start on 3/17, do a pregnancy test and , if it is negative, repeat it in 3-5 days to know for sure. Hope this helps.
