Warm salt water: I suggest that you rinse your mouth with warm salt water, concentrating the water on the roof of your mouth, for about 5-10 minutes, 4-5 times a day. If the area is from inflammation or infection, the warm salt water should help. If not, see an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or an ENT doctor.
