Mirena: bleeding: See your gyn provider for an exam: the Mirena may have been pushed into the cervical canal by uterine contractions, and will cause this kind of bleeding. Removal of the Mirena may be necessary, and pregnancy is not impossible if the IUD has moved, so get a serum HCG test to be certain.
