Other STDs: The risk of HIV is low but you could get other sexually transmitted diseases, e.g., HPV, Herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis etc. It would be prudent to see see your doctor.

I think zeor: It's not possible to do experiments. HIV has been transmitted orally in non-human primates. Humans who only swallow semen seem to be affected only rarely -- you can't know for sure what happened. In the "pre-___", the load is probably as low as a kiss, which we know is safe. Your saliva has anti-HIV substances naturally. You can catch other stuff doing this, famously gonorrhea.
