Depends on why: Typical sexual intercourse is below-the-belt, while one's nipples are above-the-belt... meaning different locations, so nipples should not be sore after sexual intercourse. If nipples are sore, there must be another reason that led to the soreness. How long the soreness will last would depend on the reason (the cause) of the nipple problem.
