Abortion records: There is no central location for "abortion records", unless you had this procedure in a hospital. The records, if available, would only confirm that you were pregnant, with no details of gender or other medical conditions.

Likely long gone: If it was done in a licensed medical facility there may be records of any procedure but it would have been converted to a long term storage form (digital or microfiche) from any paper notes. Depending on the state, they may have disposed of the record after a period of years. If you don't know the name of the original facility & cannot retrieve it from personal diaries/etc. you are out of luck.

Long gone: From a medicolegal standpoint, medical records do not have to be keep on inactive patients longer than 7 years.
